1. What does Toxic or Nah actually do?

You upload a screenshot of a chat with him (or her). The AI reads the conversation, scores it on six dimensions (warmth, communication, drama, distance, passion, overall toxicity), tells you which Soul Type each of you matches, and flags the moments that matter most. Over time, as you analyze more chats, the app starts noticing your patterns across guys too.

2. Is my chat private? Where does it go?

Your screenshots go to our storage (Supabase, EU region) and to Google Gemini for the analysis. They are not shared with anyone else, not used to train AI models, and not visible to other users. You can delete them anytime from Settings → Privacy & Data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

3. How accurate is the AI?

Good but not perfect. The AI is reading flat text, so it can miss sarcasm, in-jokes, or context that only you have. Use the analysis as a second opinion, not gospel. If something feels off in the read, trust your gut over the score.

4. What is my Soul Type and how is it picked?

Your Soul Type is one of 16 archetypes that captures how you show up in relationships. The AI picks it from the way you write, what you ask for, what you tolerate, and what you avoid. It can shift over time as you analyze new chats — that is part of how the My Soul page grows with you.

5. Why do I hit a paywall after my first analysis?

The first full analysis is free. After that you can either subscribe (weekly or annual, unlimited analyses) or buy a single unlock for $1.99. The full read on every guy after the first is part of the premium product.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

It depends on where you bought it.

• Web (Stripe): Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancels at the end of the current billing period.
• iOS (App Store): iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Toxic or Nah → Cancel.
• Android (Google Play): Play Store → tap your avatar → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Toxic or Nah → Cancel.

7. Can I get a refund?

If you bought on the web within the last 14 days and live in the EU/EEA/UK, yes — email rafcabana0000@gmail.com and we'll process it. For App Store and Play Store purchases the refund is handled by Apple / Google directly — request it through Apple Support or Google Play.

8. How do I delete my account and all my data?

Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your chats, analyses, saved guys, Sigils, and login. It cannot be undone.

9. The notifications are too much (or not enough). How do I tune them?

Settings → Manage Notifications. Every notification type has its own toggle. Sunday Sigils, pattern alerts, monthly wrap, weekend nudges — turn on what helps, turn off what does not. You will get a system permission prompt the first time the app tries to send one.

10. Something is broken / the app crashed / a section is empty.

First try a hard refresh (or force-quit the app and reopen). If it persists, screenshot what you see and email rafcabana0000@gmail.com with a short description of what you were doing. We read every message and reply within 48 hours.
